Shipping/Handling Policy:

We have a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10.00 on all orders up to $100.00 all orders over $100.00 are free shipping and handling.

Please allow 2 - 6 weeks for delivery. Most items will be delivered within 14 days.

We ship via (UPS United Parcel Service) and United States Postal Service.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Charges will appear on your credit card statement as J and D Productions .

All information provided to us by our customers is considered highly confidential and is thus protected at no time will we disclose your personal information to any other entity without your express written consent.

Cancelled Orders:

There is a 15% Cancellation fee for all cancelled orders. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement.

Return Policy:

All returns and Exchanges are charged a 15% Restocking fee, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. You must notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return or exchange. Please send e-mail, with return in the subject line, describing the nature of the problem, we will then issue you a return authorization number. Any returns sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted. You must print the return authorization number on the outside on the package in clear view. You are responsible for return shipping. Failure to notify us within a 3-day period will result in refusal of your return.

Clothing Exchanges:

Exchanges are permitted provided items are not worn or damaged and the tags are still attached. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Stockings and pantyhose cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original package.

Toys:

All novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise.

By placing an order, one agrees to the aforementioned terms and conditions. J and D Productions reserves the right to update and effectively alter portions of the terms and conditions periodically. We reserve the right to refuse services for any reason to any party at any time.
